The spaces available for rental range from 18m2 to 300m2 and are billed
€450 per m2 ANNUALLY excluding charges/excluding taxes.

Designed for creative talents and supervised by material sourcing experts, Nona Source offers a diverse selection of high-quality materials. All available materials come from certified "dormant stocks" of Luxury Houses, essential to reducing the carbon footprint of products.

The LAB by IFTH allows residents to discover technologies, develop their skills through experimentation, and evaluate the sustainability of their products after prototyping, while accelerating their digital and environmental transformation.

OF 60M2
The La Caserne photo studio is available free of charge to residents. It is equipped with the equipment to take the necessary shots for the communication of a fashion brand: lookbook, press packshots.

from the selection
1 - The preselection
The La Caserne team pre-selects around fifty brands
2 - The selection committee
The committee selects half of the Residence to integrate La Caserne according to the criteria defined opposite
3 - Citizen selection
La Caserne submits the candidacy of each brand to its community in order to elect the second half of the brands based on the available spaces
