FREE ACCESS TO A 100M2
The in-house photo studio at La Caserne is available free of charge to all residents. It will be fully equipped with all the necessary tools to create high-quality product shots and marketing material (lookbook, packshots & press). Planning and scheduling will be organised via the La Caserne intranet.
Regular ateliers for practical and creative techniques including garment construction & photography - organised at the FabLab and La Caserne photo studio.
TRAINING CONTINUES WITH A PROGRAM OF CONFERENCES ‘FASHION FOR FUTURE’
A range of conferences concerning subjects like fashion, digital, commercial development, social and environmental responsibility.
OPEN ACCESS TO THE 100M² FABLAB SEWING ROOM
The FabLab will be fully equipped with all the materials necessary to create patterns and prototypes. Equipment includes:
- Sewing machines
- Textile presses
- Professional flat stitch machines
- Digital tablets for pattern making
- 3D printers
- Dress forms

La Caserne has selected a team of coaches to support in-house residents to help troubleshoot everything from design, commerce and legal issues.

IMPORTANT MARKET VISIBILITY THANKS TO LA CASERNE MARKETING STRATEGY
The La Caserne website will become a digital platform dedicated to French design. You will be able to find courses and conferences uploaded in video and/or podcast format along with a presentation of each resident.
La Caserne will also highlight the current issues facing the sector via a bi-annual magazine, with interviews with important figures in the eco-design industry.
The La Caserne Gazette will be distributed to locals in the area, inviting residents of the 10th district to monthly events.

A key step in reducing the industry’s carbon footprint, La Caserne is cataloguing a library of innovative materials and fabrics, offering designers access to a wide variety of sustainable alternatives.
