À propos de l'événement
Designing eco-responsible fashion goes beyond environmental considerations—it requires addressing the human aspect of production. Taking into account the people involved in the production process is crucial and can sometimes go beyond ensuring fair working conditions.
Outsourcing part of your production to associations or organizations that help reintegrate people facing precarious situations or disabilities into the workforce is an effective solution.
Workshops and social integration projects (ACI), Supported Employment Services (ESAT), or NGOs, these are some of the ways to produce while adding an ethical dimension to your collections.
Key questions we will address:
- What solutions exist to add a human dimension to production? (ACI, ESAT, reintegration programs, associations)
- What types of products can be made in these establishments?
- Production costs & productivity
- Implementing a solidarity-based production approach
- Success stories
