À propos de l'événement
Responsible packaging is packaging that does not leave waste behind and is made from sustainable materials. It can be recyclable, reusable, or simply not exist. Many solutions are possible, both in terms of materials and usage. Care must be taken with packaging materials: understanding the difference between bio-based, compostable, and biodegradable, checking recycled content percentages, and verifying actual recyclability.
Here are the questions we will address:
- Different ways to create sustainable packaging: materials, usage, zero waste, and logistics - Consistency between the overall brand approach and packaging - Available materials on the market - Recycled and bio-based materials: constraints and real-world applications - The end-of-life of packaging: recyclability, biodegradability, and who is responsible after use - Traceability of packaging from raw material - Which certifications apply to which materials, printing, and processes - Case study: Patine
