For this coaching, get your teams to use collective intelligence to promote efficiency and develop a community of mutual aid:  

Time 1: Turn taking so that each person can introduce him/herself and share his/her project or the status of his/her thoughts + a problem if he/she has one.

Time 2: Group vote to choose the issue that will be studied during the session (criterion: the one that concerns the largest number of people in the group)

Time 3: The client (who carries the subject chosen by the group) presents the problem as he/she perceives it, feels it, in a subjective way

Time 4 : The consultants (all the participants) help to frame the problem by asking clarifying questions to understand the client's needs.

Time 5 : Mutual definition of the diagnosis

Time 6: The consultation is fed by the consultants' reactions. They offer everything that can help the client who reacts little, takes notes. The consultants are focused on him and his subject. The Collective Intelligence is in full swing, nothing is planned.

Time 7: The material received is filtered and inspires an action The client, expert of his situation, synthesizes and formulates a solution hypothesis

Time 8: The group evaluates and shares its learnings. The consultation is closed by integrating the teachings on professional practices
