LABELS & CERTIFICATIONS

Each certification corresponds to different stages throughout the manufacturing process. They also allow you to trace your product. It is important to consider certifications upstream in product design in order to guide sourcing decisions. As in the food industry, some manufacturers may not have the budget to be certified but still implement the same practices; an uncertified supplier does not necessarily mean they do not follow a sustainable approach.
