Customers are a key aspect of a company, as they are most often seen as its purpose and are essential to its long-term sustainability. However, a company must be able to create value for its customers by identifying an economic or social problem to which it provides a solution. This solution, embodied in a product or service, should be capable of generating a positive impact for customers and delivering benefits to underserved populations.

How can you create a positive impact through your product or service to address this problem?
How can you generate direct or indirect benefits for underserved populations?
