With Mehdi (aka @lebartender_), learn how to make a true professional cocktail. Because no—mixing tonic and lemon in a stemmed glass is not quite mixology yet. With him, you’ll learn the basics, the “3 S” rule, how to twist a classic cocktail into an original creation, what a shrub is, and which tools you need to shake a cocktail like a real bartender.
During this workshop, you will learn how to recreate one of the cocktails from the Atelier 1664 menu and, of course, taste it!
