CREATE A COMMITTED PODCAST AND PARTICIPATE IN THE TRANSFORMATION OF SOCIETY
In 2004, the journalist Ben Hammersley invented the word podcast (contraction of ipod and broadcast), in an article for The Guardian. 1 year later, Apple seized the term and democratized this means of communication, also known as "intimate media".
From 3000 available podcasts to more than 2 million today, the podcast is becoming a real tool of expression whose popularity is growing, especially among companies.
Without making any noise, podcasts are gaining a place of choice among committed brands that use them to have a positive impact on their community.
Inspiration, questions or deciphering, we tell you everything about how to create an engaged podcast and contribute to create a new model of society.

GENDER EQUALITY AS A PERFORMANCE LEVER FOR YOUR COMPANY - AN OVERVIEW OF THE RIXAIN LAW
10 years after the Copé-Zimmermann law, which introduced a 40% quota for women on boards of directors, the glass ceiling remains tenacious, with only two of the 40 CAC40 companies headed by women.
If the glass ceiling refers to all the invisible obstacles to women's professional advancement, it is an eminently social obstacle. It is due to preconceived ideas and the internalization of gender stereotypes among senior executives of large companies.
However, women's career advancement is also hindered by their own preconceived notions. A study by the American Psychological Association showed that when women evaluate themselves, they consider themselves to be significantly less successful than men.
They often expect their careers to be interrupted by motherhood or family constraints that would limit their potential and career prospects.
We open the reflection on the means to remove the brakes on women's professional ascension and pulverize the glass ceiling.

What role can tech play in accelerating the path to equality?
With 11% fewer women in the digital sector over the last 5 years, the tech and innovation professions are experiencing a lack of feminization.
Women feel less legitimate in this field, which is often considered masculine and elitist. However, they have a role to play in the digital revolution and companies must integrate it by creating an environment that is favorable to them. Numerous initiatives are emerging to demystify the tech world and allow women to accomplish themselves in it. In a broader sense, tech could have a role to play in achieving equality by proposing impactful innovations and bringing together the actors of change.
We are opening a collective reflection on the different ways tech can help us achieve equality in all areas.

CRYPTOS, NFT, WEB3, A CRASH COURSE ON THE CHALLENGES OF THESE NEW USES
Bitcoin, Cardano, Polkadot or Ethereum, these are just a few of the names you can hear among the 40 or so crypto-currencies that exist on the market and are on the rise.
Initially considered a "Boys Club" and associated with the "cryptobro", a bit geeky and proud of its financial exploits, the cryptocurrency world is becoming more and more feminized, so much so that it could become a new feminist struggle.
Cryptocurrency is indeed becoming a real empowerment tool for women, so much so that it has given birth to the term "cryptofeminism".
Cryptos, NFTs, Web 3, this is a revolution comparable to the internet and women must participate in it. We open the debate on the feminization of the sector and open the reflection to involve women in the movement.

With every major decision in her life, with every obstacle she has had to overcome, with every challenge that has come her way, Michelle Obama, née Robinson, has asked herself that nagging question, "Am I up to it?"
It's a question women know well when operating in a man's world. In her autobiography, Becoming, published Tuesday, November 13 by Fayard (450 pages, 24.50 euros), Michelle Obama makes it very clear that one of the common threads of her life is that to the challenge of succeeding as a woman among men, she has added the challenge of succeeding as a black woman in a world of white men.
